Metals Platform TradeCloud Plans $20 Million Token Fundraising 2018-12-06 10:32:39.949 GMT

(Bloomberg) — TradeCloud, the metals trading platform set up by two former Trafigura executives, plans to raise $20 million in a digital token offering, the company said in an emailed statement.
* The security tokens will be offered via Swiss subsidiary in the first half of 2019, and funds will be used to expand in energy and agricultural markets, TradeCloud said
* NOTE: TradeCloud was founded in 2016 by former Trafigura
executives Simon Collins and Matthew Botell with the aim of
modernizing the process of trading commodities
